Food, Fun and Just The Right Amount of Matchy Matchy.

With summer coming to a close, we have been trying to capitalize on as many outdoor activities as possible. Anyone who lives in New England knows that winter will be here like tomorrow and will last for the next 8 months so we have to make these last few weeks count.
While the weather allows, one thing I love to do is attend outdoor festivals. Food festivals, country fairs, chili cook-offs… I don’t discriminate. As long as there is a promise of a cheddar and broccoli stuffed baked potato and a hayride, I. AM. THERE. This weekend was our town‘s annual Potato and Corn Festival and ummm…a festival devoted to carbs? Duh. Side note, I saw the sign for this festival on my way to spinning last week and have been dreaming about it for days. That’s how that works right?
Despite the 85 degree forecast today, I dragged my poor husband to check it out and we were not disappointed! The food was amazing, the rides were great and Landon was OB-sessed. There was so much going on that he was in bit of shock for the first 15 minutes we were there, but once he realized what was going on, we couldn’t get him back in the stroller. He rode both the carousel and the giant slide twice!!
I hope you all had a great weekend!
